bluurgh Perhaps you should try to submit some of your designs to the Galaxy in Flames mod, I'm sure some of your designs are up for the task. Just give it a shot!

Alpha Fancy split ships won't work for the ai i guess ?
i would love to give these ships away to the mod, i'll compile a nice list on there later

bluurgh Split ships actually DO work for the Galaxy in Flames mod. Northerner added a feature to his mod allowing explosive charges to detonate when an enemy is in a specific range.(hardcoded, probably)

bluurgh As RedAndCosmoteer says, it does work in Galaxy in FLames. Nothing is holding you back!

You just need to download Galaxy in Flames, load the ship. Alter the settings of the explosive charges to detonate automatically (It has a button on the screen for that if you select the explosive charge). After you did that save the design again and you can submit it.

RedAndCosmoteer But it doesn't change a lot, that's whay I like about it. It gives a vanilla vibe. Also, unless he decides to use the in-mod weapons his ships will remain usable outside the mod.

RedAndCosmoteer It adds a lot of stuff focussing on the fighter aspect. But I think it doesn't become too unrealistic.

But many ships here i only modified (altho some more than others :p )
