There was a breach in the secondary cargo rooms on the exterior, containers and air was thrown about in space, putting the ship in a quickly deteriorating orbit.

The engines were fired and they stabilised the orbit. The second in command stormed into the control module.
"Captain, I have called back to the hub, they say that we're in solaric territory!" He said this in a small, frightened whimper, which was understandable, they were loosing air in the worst place they could be. For all they knew, they'd be dead within an hour.

...as they halted somewhere in an outer orbit of the planet all that they detected was a faint magnetic pulse going through the ship and an extraordinarily strong magnetic field coming from the planet below...

...in awe they stared at the thing in the distance, while the planet didn´t seem to have any sort of atmosphere massive rocks of varying sizes floated in the orbit, judging by the distance and the size of the planet their sizes reached from a few metres to several kilometres and moved in their orbits like a massive cloud or storm, completely blocking the view towards the surface...

Commander Boze of the Solaric SYS-DEF Overlord-class leading the System Defence Fleet in this Sector looked at his lieutenant with exhasperation.
"You mean to say that while we have been in this holding orbit, not one but two unidentified craft
have entered the system?"
"Yes sir... er... sorry."
"Don't worry Kalan, it's not your fault, well, fire manouvring jets, the ambassador will have to wait."
The eight scout cruisers of the SYS-DEF battalion leave orbit, and start on their arduous journey toward the new ships, they send a transmission.
++Unknown ships, you are currently tresspassing in a high-security restricted sector, this sector has been designated clearance jaune, therefore we have no choice but to impound your ships until further notice, please remain in position and await escort, if you attempt to evade capture we will deploy an interdictor to disable your drives, please do not be alarmed.++

...Excalibur stepped back from the wall and it closed again, then, with a simple move of his finger, even though the Sols weren´t sure if that was actually needed, the room started moving upwards again at an excessive speed, though, not quite as fast as when they went down...
...about 20 minutes later, the room started slowing down and eventually halted...
Excalibur stepped forward and did a formal bow, "Your vessel is still upstairs, you should have no issues leaving."
Behind them the staircase opened again, Excalibur seemed to think for a brief moment then he noted another thing...
"Whilst you are on your way out you might want to turn your attention towards the visitors somewhere in an outer orbit of the planet that have arrived a few minutes ago, we are not sure who or what they are, but the ship does not seem to be solaric, it is however damaged, logically we currently lack the capability to do anything but throw stones at it, so we would appreciate if you could take care of that matter however you deem fit."

The ambassador and her entourage board their zipper, and soon rocket skyward to rejoin the SYS-DEF flotilla.

Tson The pilot looked rather worried at the sight of this message, he turned to the second in command
"We're getting taken in by the Feds, turn off the engines and shields, close the airlock in the breached room."

Three SYS-DEF Overlord-Class Scouts move in on slow burn, they travel to within 500 meters of the ship, then halt, out of the leading cruiser five armed and armoured troopers emerge and use small space mobility packs to jet over to the ship, soon the crew hear a knocking sound on the airlock door, and the cruiser transmits a message.
++Please open your outer airlock, ship, to allow our troopers ingress.++

Tson The airlock opened, the engineer stood at the control room, watching as the soldiers entered.

The Five troopers in the brilliant Purple and white combat armour of the Solaric Military, with Electric Blue shoulder badges showing their SYS-DEF status, enter, they carry automatic Slugthrower rifles, a type of variable ammunition assault rifle, which they hold loosely, the Sergeant walks up to the engineer, about a head taller than him due to the Trooper's Powersuit, he smiles.
"Good afternoon sir, if you would be so kind as to lead me to the control room, I need to speak to your captain. Please do not be alarmed, no harm will come to any member of this crew, this is a purely routine measure."

Tson The engineer closed the main hatch to space and pressurised the chamber, then opened the door to the ship.

Tson He guided the soldiers through a cargo room, then a dorm, then to a door with a keypad. The old man shook, he shivered a bit and closed the doors to the room, an intercom rang with the pilot's voice as the man punched in a code "Thomson, no! WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?!?!" The engineer grabbed a mallet and attacked the soldiers' visors. "THOMSON, THAT ROOM IS BREACHED, I ORDER YOU TO STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING IMMEDIATELY!!" The door opened and they where all sucked out into space.

Tson The second in command banged at the door, the pilot frantically attempted to get into contact with the other ship.

Tson The second in command walked into the control room. "WHAT THE FUCK WAS WRONG WITH THOMSON?!?!?! WE'RE GOING TO BE BLOWN OUT OF THE SKY!!!!" He had went mad. Their engineer had just killed a squad of soldiers in a breached cargo room.

The sergeant grabs the man and quickly activates a pocket stasis node projector around him, sealing the engineer in a bubble of frozen time, the Troopers then fire their jets to remain onboard the ship, one keys in to the airlock, re-opening the hatch, the troopers re-enter the ship and contact the captain.
++So, we just had your trigger happy engineer down here try to get rid of us, I would just like to inquire why?++
the troopers fan out and start to make their way to the bridge, their slugthrowers loaded with nonlethal stumm gas rounds.

The pilot and the 2nd in command entered the escape pod, flying away from the ship, attempting to get into contact with the ESSS and the HUB. The pod had flown right up to the SYS DEF ships and the alarm lights flashed, lighting the entire area in an orange strobe.

(ok so, what the actual fuck, in the time it took me to reply you had already written two more posts? that is not really considerate RP by the way, you should let the other person react before you start flinging other situations into the field, also, their combat armour is supposed to stop tacnukes so i doubt a mallet would do anything, and their armour is literally what they use to spacewalk so it is fully pressurized.)
