Since I basically do not acknowledge the existence of the lore/RP section, at the risk of getting a loredump; could someone give me a quick rundown of what is happening here?

IVIemories someone thought it a good idea to write a petetion against one of the characters I am using in co-existence with my OC, (like. they're one and the same basically) because an earlier statement blocke his rp of one sentence in one of the factions tabs, so he wrote this. and I, trying to avoid another roast war, told him about the further plans for my own story that included what he wanted, and told him to get someone to lock this. and now we're here.

thebuilder im confused like IVIemories is to my understanding is this: your rping as a god or doing demi-godly things.

that in of its self is not inherently wrong as long as the others can also do some bs of their own; it works just not very effectively. (hint table top rpg games have players working together against the dungeon master. even than though there is only so much said master can accept. @Amazing_Goob at same time though said dungeon master should not be a dick either and completely reject things players do[meanwhile other table top games that are PvP have strict rules] )

simply put: if the faction is a meme faction leave it at that and create none sensical things but if its being used to do RP that is not just for the hell of it don't be an OP person or be a bad dungeon master.

I'll be honest I still have no idea what is going on around here. I have no intention of locking the thread to settle some petty argument, but at the same time I am of the opinion RP has been left to run loose for far too long and that OP factions shouldn't just be forced into every thread.

For now, just note that if @thebuilder or anyone else comes along with some OP faction which worsens the RP experience please ping me and I'll have a look at the thread and see if there's a need to remove the offender.

IVIemories There is a set of three magical Macguffins that are spread around, and Builder says that he has all three and that the rest are fakes. This is a problem because of various oaths and vendettas that relate to lore, and would essentially have several factions trying to fight God, which they would never do. Essentially, this one small thing is a great big mess up with our RP, and it has further implications of problems beyond just this one instance.

That explained right for you?

DraconisTheWyvern yea, but it's more a thing between gods etc, i don't rlly use it all too much for my faction ,just in RP places were Others are letting their divine entities loose

LeftHandofGod sigh, I never said they were the real ones, they could just as easily be fakes, someone else asumed that, and yes..these will also be lost.. but are they real? who knows. (they'ree faakeee....) (nobody in RP, knows...as of yet.)
