Looks good! Just confused why they are called frigates.
ImNotLaffng Aircraft carriers usually don't have many armaments (often none) so I figured I'd save that classification for a weaponless design. I know ocean fairing frigates aren't known for transporting other crafts and are more of a battleship. But frigate just sounds a lot cooler and I'm naming spacecraft after boats and astronomers/astronauts so why not? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I really like the Quadrocraft, though it looks like you forgot PD on the rail component.
Guy I didn't think PD was necessary for the rail component but I see a couple places I could put some on. May update the post later when the Phoenix fleet is completed(:
