A mass-mobilization order is issued to all of the Eontenvian Commonwealth. All of the shipyards are prepared for war, and they are sending colony ships to one hundred systems containing advanced colonization methods that allow the colonies to get up and running within a few months.
The Eontenvian Commonwealth is making it clear that if the High Imperium will bring war to their doorstep, they shall be ready.
