The troops looked similar to the Empress in some ways, although as usual for Tau, they where just as diverse.
The two TWE guards over Lyov pull out their pistols.

after around a second of nothing, a beam of what seemed to be a water jet, burst out and within milliseconds hit the guard, cutting the pistol the guard was wielding in mere moments, as he screamed in agony as the water cutter cut clean through him.
The other guard drops his gun and puts his hands in the air.
"Didnt expect so many of you to be here watching, so you all friendlies?
Or do i have to pick another one of you to melt?"

The TWE patrol corvette that was stationed outside, doesnt even bother trying to shoot them, they are well aware of the power they hold.
