After the incident with the Sunrise Empire, they have pushed us to take extreme measures.
This morning the Empress was missing from her cell.
Those who captured her have hurt her badly! And she will die without our help.
She requires specialist equipment to survive, that we own.

Due to these actions, security must increase, no civilian can escape the watchful eye of the NTWP, or if they do we risk another breakout.
We do this for the greater good, and so due to the Sunrise empire's horrendous short sightedness, we must all suffer.

Executive order #4
Alongside the horrendous act carried out by the Sunrise Empire, we must make sure to question who our allies really are, we must be prepared to stand alone.
Thankfully we are the secret program [Redacted] has concluded, and we have retrofitted B.L.A.D.E's tech used to construct their Dyson sphere.
We will use this to great effect in the coming weeks and months if our supposed "allies" continue to attack us like this.

Mainly we need the following:
Army training
Police training
Navy training

From now on, the SE must be classed as aggressors and never trusted again.

The dominion solar members and the Sols must be questioned.

The Stellar Assembly must be questioned also for any possible links.

On New Tau, things have settled down... until the Empress was broken out. Richard and his androids had been stationed in a military depot vital to their elimination of a nearby holdout of STE supporters.
On the 22nd, the depot was full of Armoured turreted personally carriers.
The STE supporters had become highly militaristic, comparable in strength to the depot's normal garrison, and vicious enough to attack civilians for "supporting communism"
The terrorists where eliminated swiftly.

Now, a order is about to change all that.

Increase security.

Police are given military grade guns, the Androids are even offered some...
