With the SE crew on the ground in handcuffs, there is little anyone can do.
They are escorted back to the shuttle without incident.

Con officer: "We just had a huge garbled mess on the comm, both fleets have armed and SE ships just launched a missile strike sir"
Brian: "What the hell- give me a comm to Emperor Lance J, erect a stasis barrier NOW!"
A glimmering stasis field appears between the two fleets, the Sunrise missiles spiral their guidance systems trying to avoid the field, 70% don't make it, another 20% pinwheel into open space, and three, over compensating hit one of the now fieldless Solaric Heavy Cruisers, engulfing it in blinding nuclear fire as the ship's breathable atmosphere ignites, the ship's right battery ammunition cooks off and the battery chain explodes, sending the ship spiralling lazily out of control, the TWE shuttle is hit by another missile which managed to find itself a target amidst the confusion, and it is vaporised.

++THIS IS SUPREME COMMANDER BRIAN, DAMN YOU HUMANS AND YOUR QUICK TEMPER, YOU HAD BETTER HAVE AN AMAZINGLY GOOD EXCUSE FOR WHAT YOU JUST DID!++

What should happen:
TWN-Lyov's fist fires its central beam, decimating four of the ships sat in a row
The smaller 500m ships swarm the fleet and quickly immobilize them, and within a small period of time, the SE fleet is gone.

Obviously it doesn't for obvious reasons

The Beam is Stopped by the Stasis Field, The 500m Ships are Slightly Damaged before the Field Activates.

The remaining Nicodemus-class Cruisers scramble, raising their fields, and the command Nicodemus-Regis manouvres to the side of the emperor's ship and lowers one side of it's field so it can dock, solaric troopers and staff pour onto the ship, Brian himself and several medi troopers burst onto the bridge searching for Nicholi
