Charlotte:”Ah, so you have plenty recources to create bombs! I would like to know how much it would cost to get some, in your galaxy! But I dont think I will use it, only in extreme moments.”

Nico:” Charlotte, we will have to use it, the people having war with us are pure evil! Better finish them off quicly before they can talk.”

Namek As the the two people from the TG started to talk about war material, the captain and the XO got suspicious about the second person...
The captain then sent a message to his ship,
"This is the captain. I'm currently down here on the planet, listening to these people and i heard that these people are at war with someone. Lieutenant Commander, although i would usually mind my own business, something suspicious is going on. Find out what's happening. Captain out."
And then the captain realized that everyone in the room heard him, and they are staring at him right now...
"Uhh, hello?"

Under his suit, he smiled. "Cesium is quite cheap in our galaxy, probably around the price that Potassium would be in this galaxy, as well as the other elements on the 6th row of the periodic table. That includes, but is not limited to; Cesium, Tungsten, Osmium, Iridium, Platinum, Titanium, Gold, Lead, Bismuth, and Mercury." He then turned to Nico. "I will have you know, that, my people are a peaceful race, and we kindly ask you to only use the Cesium explosives if necessary." He paused. "Although my kind are peaceful, if the rebel threat ever gets too out-of-hand, we may be willing to send a few ships. Be warned, most of out ships are built to disable the enemy, and not to kill them." He then looked back at Charlotte. "Now, what is this 'shield' you speak of? Is it some sort of advanced technology, or...?" Only then would Charlotte realize, that the two ships didn't have any shielding whatsoever.

Nico: “What... Do you mean... There is nothing suspicious about anything, we are at a war, with maniac pirates who took out planet! “

Nico signalled 3 guards who currently resided in the room, and 1 left the room.

Charlotte: “Nico..? What are you doing? What does je mean?”

"It's quite clear that you're at war with someone, and the fact that a trading empire is at war is strange."

He paused for a few seconds before resuming.

"So i sent my ship to investigate." (Expect that same ship in rebel space)

Charlotte: “Indeed ships are common, but we have very few... But be carefull where you send the scout, that place is very dangerous!”

Nico: “I warn you, dont send any ships to that rotton planet, we shouldnt communicate at all with them! They are good liars.... and probobly will point at us and say we are the evil ones...”

You see the guard who has left coming back, and gives a small signal to Nico wich you noticed.

The jaw of the captain would fall right to the floor, as he didn't know what shielding is.
After a few minutes, his jaw would go back up and he finally spoke:
"Shielding. A barrier of energy or particles that would block any fire from getting through, such as lasers or kinetics. Shielding requires energy and can be taken down by enough weapons fire. We were just refitting our ships with basic shielding right now."

Now it was Opallus's turn to have his jaw drop. "T-that is incredible! Remarkable, even!" He was astonished. "How is it sustained? Are the particles held in place with magnetism? Is it a projection?! I must know! Absolutely none of our ships have this technology! This could be revolutionary!"

"I'm not the scientist. I have no idea how it works. It works though," he said.
"Ask the guys who invented this stuff. Or any random merc that has a shielded ship."

He felt a little disappointed, but then he realized something. "By chance, would you know where we could... get these shields?"

"Well, you could always board a shielded pirate vessel and take all the shields..."

The captain suggested.

"But i'm assuming that's not your style. You can ask high command, i'm sure they would be glad to give you shields in exchange for something."

He nodded. It made sense. "Charlotte? Would it be possible to purchase a shield, as so that we may analyze it and see how it works?"

Before Charlotte could respond, the captain said:

"Shields are a pretty common sight around the galaxy. All you have to do is ask a bunch of people around the galaxy that have ships. Chances are, you'll see at least one shield when looking."

He looked at the other captain. "So, good sir, from what nation do you hail? My people would likely be willing to set up trading with you as well!"

I think I might want to see this evil for myself, so I can see what your poor folk are up against." He pasued. "Well, I personally wouldn't go, but I would send the ensign in the Copper-Class support fighter out there to do so."

You look at Nico, and see on his face that he isnt all too happy about the current events.

Nico: “Isnt there any way I could talk you guys out of it? It isnt smart! And Charlotte, why did you gave the coordinates?!”

Charlotte: “Because, they are smart, I trust their judgement in this situation. If you dont like this situation, perhaps trust me?”

You see Nico’s face settling down, as if he came up with a plan. Or just rememberd something.

Charlotte: “Okay! Lets do this! How fast will they arrive?”

You see Charlotte’s innocent joy, finding a light behind this dark tunnel called war...
