Under his suit, he smiled. "Cesium is quite cheap in our galaxy, probably around the price that Potassium would be in this galaxy, as well as the other elements on the 6th row of the periodic table. That includes, but is not limited to; Cesium, Tungsten, Osmium, Iridium, Platinum, Titanium, Gold, Lead, Bismuth, and Mercury." He then turned to Nico. "I will have you know, that, my people are a peaceful race, and we kindly ask you to only use the Cesium explosives if necessary." He paused. "Although my kind are peaceful, if the rebel threat ever gets too out-of-hand, we may be willing to send a few ships. Be warned, most of out ships are built to disable the enemy, and not to kill them." He then looked back at Charlotte. "Now, what is this 'shield' you speak of? Is it some sort of advanced technology, or...?" Only then would Charlotte realize, that the two ships didn't have any shielding whatsoever.
