The probe arrived at a planet shrouded in vast forrests, multiple shuttle class signatures could be detected leaving the planet's surface. A huge buildup of energy of an unknown kind was detected within the planet, shockwaves and earthquakes shook it to its very core, the once gently glowing forests on the planet where pulsing with a brighter but deeper blue light than before now.

Before the probe could transmit the data,
many, many Tears in spacetime formed nearby, quickly spinning up to form into wormholes.
From within hundreds of Anhybys and ships began to emerge.

It attempted to speak via telepathy to Manifest, although Anhybys psionics are VERY weak, Manifest's power and psionic receptiveness should make up for it.
