To be honest, you're using a ton of mods and I really don't have time to track down which one is causing the issue (if indeed one is causing an issue), nor would I be certain that I'm testing the exact same versions as you are.

Raider If Walt did this every time someone had an issue he wouldn't have time to actually make the game.
This isn't a common error, so you will need to do some troubleshooting yourself because it's not a high priority bug that needs to be fixed ASAP.
