RedAndCosmoteer (Ah. It's a cyber attack; whoever began it Is trying to have the station abandoned by the crew before they strike, so there would be only bare-minimal resistance.)

The Omegalight Protection Fleet would scramble to protect the fleeing ships, as well as keep the station defended in its underpowered state... This would prove to be a hassle, yet the identity of the attacker is still left to be seen...

Sombreroman The gamma lasers were still up, all the weapons on the ship were still up too. Nothing is happening so the Captain is playing chess, or at least some sort of equivalent, with himself.

Several more hours would pass by quietly; B.L.A.D.E.'s best technicians would try to repair the Station and its power issues, to no avail. Eventually, one technician would realize the Station must have a cut connection to all of its solar panels; Yet, despite an anxious wait, B.L.A.D.E.'s best technicians would suddenly go silent, only leaving behind one off-schedule transmission to every ship in the system:

//Receiving Transmission...//

Muffled Static, followed by an alarm and the sound of a violent Crunch

Unknown Technician: "If you receive this transmission, Please, get help! Something's gotten into Omegalight, and its been picking us off, one by one!... Please, get Troopers in here ASAP, before it's too late-"

A Lion-Like Growl would interrupt the Engineer; the last seconds of the transmission would be the man screaming in agony until a loud crunch would mark its end...

The Defence Fleet would quickly react, sending every local Surgeon Dropship back to Omegalight, dropping every last trooper off, and waiting for their return in the meantime; Although an obvious maneuver, the Defence Fleet would stay silent on the matter for unknown reasons...

Sombreroman Kotal hears this transmission... His face frozen in what seemed like horror... He regained control, and then growled, "Assemble a boarding party." The bridge crew stared at him, surprised, with one replying, "Sir?" He looked at the crewman, barking "MOVE IT!" The bridge crew looked at their consoles, the room turned from a brightly lit bridge into a bridge filled with a dark red color, with the officer yelling into his communicator:

"RED ALERT! ALL HANDS TO BATTLESTATIONS!"

as the ship maneuvered closer to OMEGALIGHT. Boarding pods were sent out with some trained marines punching small holes into the station, marines exit the craft with full zero-g EVA combat armor and rifles.

Upon boarding the Station, a Grim Silence would beckon, and not because the Oxygen Systems were malfunctioning; the Technicians managed to re-activate them before they went missing in action. (At Least...) A Strange Sound would be heard over the Station's speakers; a... Meow, much more mechanical than the Roar heard in the transmission. A nearby Squad of Troopers would notice the Marine squad, and raise their guns; Tactical Shelled Shotguns.

Trooper: "Hold on... Who are you? Who do you work for?"

Another Trooper, Larger in build and wearing Red-Striped armour would step in front of the Trooper; their Left arm would be made out of several replacement wires, and an ID would reveal their Nickname... Spider.

Spider: "Trooper, at ease. Nothing of interest is around here; an enemy squad would have gone much deeper into Omegalight by now... So, I guess I'll ask then... Are you with us?"

As Spider waited, another Squad would look at the group before continuing inwards, while Spider's detachment would begin engaging in some Idle conversation.

Trooper 1: "So uh... Anybody have an idea what that meow was?"

Trooper 2: "Couldn't be related to whatever wiped out the Technicians; I doubt something so deadly would know how to operate machinery..."

Trooper 1: "I mean, If it was notably more mechanical, It must have been whatever hacked the network..."

Another Trooper would suddenly go pale...

Trooper 3: "... The SAI Breach... Somebody attacked her holding cell and got her out..."

Trooper 1: "What the hell does SAI mean, exactly?"

Trooper 3: "... Slaving Artificial Intelligence. She was modeled after the Latowe's Grandma. She was a crazy cat lady."

Trooper 2: "Please tell me this is an intricate joke..."

Trooper 3: "I wish..."

Sombreroman The four soldiers scramble to get into combat positions upon the trooper squad raising their tactical shotguns - you looked at the armor - the color was blue and with orange stripes however it was of an extremely dark color, much more suited to boarding actions and ship defense against such boarding actions. Was it made of metal or kevlar? Possibly even both. Their rifles are extremely advanced in comparison to your shotguns, at least, that's what they look with all four of the rifles, including the blue glowing tubed one, looking like they ripped it off straight from a science fiction film.

The lead would gesture to the squad to lower their weapons after 'Spider' stepped in, and he told the man opposite of him, "We only came to look at that creature that disabled the power, and maybe help a few of your technicians, at least that's what the skipper says."

Spider would grin beneath his visor, which would reveal a Scarred face... Wearing Sunglasses under his helmet?

Spider: "Ah. Well, I happen to be a couple Troopers Short... Sure, we may not look as flashy, but our gear is also more than decent. If your Commander's alright with it, I wouldn't mind some newcomers tagging along in our Squad."

Spider would tilt his head slightly to his left, likely listening in on the Conversation his Troopers were having, before turning his head back. Although not entirely visible under his visor, the Soldiers would get the feeling Spider was uneasy despite his experience, perhaps knowing something about the situation the others did not, even if it is merely personal experience...

Sombreroman The lead... Sergeant, at least that's what you can tell from his rank pins, raised an eyebrow when Spider said 'flashy'. Just after that, the tube in the middle of his rifle stopped glowing, and turned into neutral gas. "It's a plasma gun. We turn gas into plasma inside the weapon." That explains the dim blue glow, the temperature of the plasma must have been extreme, enough to kill a not-so-armored person with one small pulse...

He then introduced himself, because he felt the need to... "Sergeant Glesid, assigned to the I.S.V Leading Light. Lead the way sir."

Spider would blink before a laugh, after hearing Glesid was a Sergeant...

Spider: "Heh, It's funny how you at least technically outrank me... Wish there were more field promotions on my part. Well Sergeant, I promise I don't disappoint on ridiculous missions like these. Alright men, we move deeper. This part of the station is clear."

The Troopers would re-assemble before continuing to move, while Spider would wait for the Marine Compliment to follow them. At the same time, the station's speakers would let out another meow, now accompanied by... Petting noises? Whoever hacked the station must be hard to take seriously at this rate, even if it is indeed this supposed "Slaving Artificial Intelligence"...
