it consists of what appears to be a large rail gun ship and 4 rail gun armed fighters.
they send a signal to all the ships present.

The small fleet didn't recieve a reaction from the unknown ship, although the buzzing noise and the alarms could be heard whitin all ships prsent at the fleet.

the fleet's commander tries again to contact the ships, saying the same message.

All of the sudden, all systems in the unknown ship shut down, the last reactor core had shut down due to unknown reasons. The crew inside the ship now have trouble heading forward.

The crew use portable battery cells to power any doors they encounter, or else reinforce the bulkheads before cutting them open (as in, they reinforce the area around the door before cutting the door to prevent collapse)

Going trough the ship was a difficult task, as many corridors were destroyed or had collapsed. So the search was proceeding for more than two days. In these two days, a ship appeared not far from the first gas planet of the solar system.

Repsonse:
We are the colonisation vessel 17, we have been escorting the other ship for a long period of time. Where we come from doesn't matter, we will only have to get you out of the ship your boarding party currently is in.

The boarding team downloads the entire ship's log and databanks that survived the sabotage for later use, then begins heading back toward their point of entry

The Colonisation vessel replied to this with firing on the pods carrying the personel.
The ship would send a final message:
You have made a mistake, because we are not alone. This ship is not the only colonisation vessel out there. dozens of ships and construction vessels have gone in a fleet to multiple locations in the galaxy. We already have set up multiple camps, bases, construction docks and defences around many planets. What you have done might provoke a war.
The ship would jump away with FTL to a different planet, leaving behind the destroyed colonisation ship.
It would have been nearly impossible to the track the ship down, but if the crew of the pods had survived and seen where the ship went, then it might be possible.

Leave the ship as quick as possible, and if you can, bring it to this location: Auguma Sentis IV (Planet name)
We will expect you to be there in two days, if not possible, we will come back with propper equipment to take the ship back with us.

The ship would then jump away in FTL speed

The team leave the ship with the data they collected, and the ships begin surveying the wreck for structural integrity, to see the safest way to move it

A small strike group appears at the coordinates with the wreck in tow, though the reason for the heavy cruisers presence is likely for its hauling capabilities rather than weapons.

The ships detach from the wreck and move away from it so the collecting ships have clear access to it.
