How to share mods to Cosmoteers in China?

Foreign file sharing services (eg Google Drive, Mega, etc) are mostly blocked in China regions. Any success story?.
PS: i'm aware of solutions like VPN or yun.baidu.com, Just looking for international options.

Afaik Baidu worked in the past. But it seems foreigners can no longer sign up so I dunno how it is today. There's also SmartFile and Unseen.

How about cooperating with Chinese Websites like Gamersky?

im a chinese but im not in the official "blockade"(cuz i live in hong kong),so i dunno if any following stuff is wrong,but in China we got some "apps" which change our VPN and allow us to access google,facebook etc(ofc those are not for everyone cuz most app stores don't have those)
another method is,yes,use baidu,QQ,or wechat to access to files,that is less effective tho

I mean cosmoteer must have some pretty advanced satellites if you can transfer ship designs from space onto your computer
