the AAA and the yamato turn broadside against the newly introduced fleet,shots and missiles shatter against the layer shielding while the secondaries quickly disable the weaponary by knocking out the fire control

The Interdict field, still weak, reconfigures itself for optimum lockdown, shrinking by a few trillion miles in diameter. Meanwhile, the weakened SA fleet, now outside the Interdict, sends a request for backup to its allies, and regroups into battle formation.
