The United Galaxies
As most of us know, the former empress @Legios unfortunately left, leaving me in charge of the IWO. But looking back at our past, I wanted to change all that and start afresh. So, instead of the Intergalactic Worlds Organization, we are now the United Galaxies, a intergovernmental organization tasked to promote intergalactic cooperation and to create and maintain intergalactic order. I was influenced by the United Nations back in the Milky Way, and decided to bring something like that here to the Cosmoteer Galaxy. Our goal as an organization is to maintain intergalactic peace and security, promote human rights, foster social and economic development, protecting the environment, and providing humanitarian aid in cases of famine, natural disaster, and armed conflict.

Policies
- If one member is attacked, all members must aid them, either a big or little contribution.
- In the event of any plague, epidemics, or galactic emergency, the threat must be assessed first, then assess what must be done, and then put the plan into action.
- If a faction decides to declare war on us, we must first handle it politically. If then they do not agree to negotiate, then force is allowed.
- We work for the people, not ourselves. We are not a greedy faction, as we must aid the citizens of our members, and to give them the healthcare and providence they need.
- You will be asked to leave the UG if you decide to act on your own terms. If doing an action that may do harm to others, or affect other members, it must be announced to the members, so we may assess what to do first.
- You can be stripped off your position, and be downgraded to a lower rank if you violate any of these policies.
The Oath
I, (your name here), solemnly swear to abide by all laws, policies, and regulations of the United Galaxies. I will do my duty to help defend others, and myself, and to aid in times of need. I will not harm others for the sake of it, and I will not let others do harm as well. I will protect the people, and give them the care they need. If I do not follow any of these policies set for us no to do harm, I will leave the organization. For now, as I give this oath, I am pledging allegiance for a greater cause than myself. I am now a part of the United Galaxies.
Ships
Currently still acquiring designs and building up our fleet. The United Galaxies, you see, have to heavily rely on other factions protection or had to buy from others, but we are currently allowing others to submit designs for our fleet to use.
