Try renaming the end of the file's name to .ship.png instead of just .png. If it doesn't show the .png while you are renaming it just rename it with .ship at the end.

@Walt I gave out the ship on google drive. Have you figured anything out to fix it? Or is the never going to be able to be salvaged?
BattleCruiserCommander Looks like the image has somehow been corrupted. Doubtful it can be salvaged outside of your computer.
IVIemories Well...hmm... Could there be anyway to help me un-corrupt the file? Like someway to guide me through it? The reason why is that it took AGES just to make that. I never even got the chance to paint it. I never got to test it in multiplayer OR B.H. ... It's been stuck in 14.1
BattleCruiserCommander Right click the file and go to the 'previous versions tab' and see if there is anything there. If not then I'm afraid the problem is way beyond my ability, and it would probably be faster (and a lot easier) to rebuild the ship from scratch than to 'fix' the corrupt image.
