Walt ... hmm, missile launcher 12K big-gun 6K - so 15K is just a bit more.
Unsure of this one - it is useable with 7500, and if it is cheaper it will be used more - obviously ... so it might be more a question what you want to see - rather then total "balancing".

I'm in the - i will use it anyway camp.
It seems that cosmoteer has long reached a level of complexity where you can hardly argue anything beeing OP or UP - so far to every considered OP a counter was found, sometimes took days sometimes only minutes.
Almost every "ship-type" had it's "overpowered rants" and they where proved wrong every time.
On the other hand when a new part/weapon is totally unbalanced you can tell it easily in front of the background i described obove. So i would say if something is not super-obviously out of balance then it can be considered allright!
Someone might argue about an overall balancing problem with "huge ships" - mostly noticeable with ships 2mil credits and above, carryinig missiles - they are still the hardest to counter i guess - but even this can be done with multiships/swarms tactics. Plus more weapons will bring more counters.
So again i'm ok with the balance of the game right now. (Maybe a very sligth cannonball speed buff - a "physics-buff" so to say.)
