The Officer nods his head, and keeps looking forward..
"Jawohl. It is time again, time for war. Wir have several large operations zhat will begin in zhe near future, but information for zhat is classified at zhis point. Maybe zhe Kanzler will be able to tell you more."

Soon after they arrive at a large hovering limousine, which takes them directly to the Reichskanzlei, the Kanzlers office. A massive building towering several hundred stories higher than the surrounding buildings, surrounded in massive FlaK towers, opens a gate and lets the limousine inside. The officer and the guards get out and do a snappish salute to the Kanzler, who had already waited for their arrival..

An old man with grey-white hair stood before them, with a full beard and wearing a high ranking officers coat.. He smiled warmly and reached out for a handshake..
"Guten Morgen, Gustav Wagner's zhe name."

Commander Alderas shakes his hand.

Commander Alderas: "Greetings, my name is Alderas. I presume you already know that we are from Voghus."

He smiles in a kind matter, after meeting Gustav Wagner. His guards behind him are more at ease now.

Wagner nods again..
"Willkommen, Alderas, Lets sit down before wir start."

He walks around to his desk and sits down, offering Alderas a seat..
"Coffee? Tea, Bier?"

He sits down carefully, and nods.

Commander Alderas: "Coffee would be nice, thank you."

He looks at Wagner.

Commander Alderas: "Im very impressed with this Planet, and your faction. It is truly something inspiring."

Wagner pours two cups of coffee and sets them down, then smiles and nods..

"Danke. Zhe Reich has come a long way from its beginning... Now, why did you come here today?"

The commander smiles.

Commander Alderas: "Im glad you ask, we are here to create a new alliance, a closer one. As you know, our past ways were flawed, sinister, but a few years ago, after our dissapearence, our past leaders were overthrown, and new ones took their places.

Good ones."

Wagner nods..
"Zhat is good to hear. It seems you got back on zhe correct path."

He stands up and walks over to a large map on the wall, examining the areas which the two factions have a hold of.

Commander Alderas: "I will presume you won't trust us immediatly, so I propose a slow growing alliance, slowly building up trust, a plan made by one of our 3 leaders, Livon.

Ofcourse, it is one of the optional alliances we have made, you can choose on how fast you want this alliance to grow, depending on the trust you have in us."

He looks towards the map.

Commander Alderas: "Ofcourse, it involves many kinds of trading, and services we can provide, thanks to an insane amount of forces we have, wich is out of use, thanks to the wars we have stopped."

Wagner turns back around..
"Yes, I think wir can do zhat. Let nich get zhe paperwork.."

A few moments later he puts down a tablet with a trade and alliancs contract infront if him:
"After youve read it, sign zhere and zhere. Ich already have signed."

He smiles kindly, and happliy writes his signature on the papers.

Commander Alderas: "Im very honored for the trust you put in us, we will not let you down."

He pulls out a small tabled, and types a quick message, probobly to the Voghus Outpost, to make sure that he succeeded in one of the first formed alliances in this Galaxy. You see on his face that he is genually happy.

Commander Alderas: "If you want to, Leader Livon, one of the 3 leaders, would happily visit this planet, to discuss things in more detail... He is the mind behind everything, without him, Voghus would still be doing their evil ways."

"Yes, Ich would love to meet him. Sadly our Führer is unreachable at zhis point in time, but he may be back when zhey arrive.."

Commander Alderas: "Unforntunately, we will just miss him as well, since we have tasks to complete."

He stands up.

Commander Alderas: "And I think our leader has something important to tell, something that troubles him, with a subject we aren't allowed to know."

Wagner waves goodbye and then turns back to managing the Reich during the Führers absence, awaiting Livons arrival..

A few kilometres away from the GSR world of HPK 2: Zuflucht there were a few...
Odd readings as the origin point suddenly became a blind spot in the GSR's sensor arrays.

A small black sphere twisting local spacetime appeared and expanded to around a few hundred metres in diameter then stopped.
Somehow, a black hole had suddenly formed at the location...
And for some reason it didn't seem to exert the normal catastrophically powerful gravity all black holes usually do.
meaning Zuflucht wasn't going to be suddenly torn apart on the atomic level by tidal forces.

The black hole could easily be seen from nearby ships, stations and from the planet surface.
It only seemed to affect object within a close proximity of it...
Those on the planet surface and nearby station and ships would suddenly hear a low whisper at the back of their mind.
The whispers weren't very loud but were a bit distracting...

Due to the unnatural whispers the witcher corps is called to make contact with the hole..

A small ship appears a moderate distance away from the ship, a singular person inside. The person calls out to the hole through telekinesis, searching for an answer..

It also seems that whatever is causing the whispers it is...
A side-effect...

Of something the person couldn't figure out...
Then a message comes from the black hole...
Not a telepathic one but a technological one.

The message seemed to be very, very lengthy strings of random letters, numbers and symbols according to GSR recievers.
Not to mention that it seemed to be encrypted very heavily with about every single encryption method the GSR knew of...

After a long time, when a lot of drama came to an end, or as it would seem, Livon, one of the 3 leaders, decide to visit The Second German Space Regime, as he honestly thinks it seems like a good faction.

He arrives in their system on a personal fleet, not too many ships, as they are allies.

Transmission Starts.

You hear the voice of a kind and honest man.

Leader Livon: "Greetings, kind allies. I may have come a bit late, but better late then never, I had some internal conflicts I had to take care of.

Do I get permission to meet up?"

Transmission Ends.

the Dechiffrier-Division directly got to decyphering it while the ship closed in on the hole..

The ships sensors would immediately pick up the strong gravitational field that black holes usually had in front of the ship.
If it went any further, it would likely be shredded apart by tidal forces.

The person (probably) tried reaching deeper into the black hole but found nothing other than the abyss and total silence of nothingness.
Nothing could survive inside of the event horizon...
Unless it was a divine entity who knew how to manipulate gravity well enough.

Then the person noticed something...
Strange...

A presence with unimaginable power brighter than a thousand supermassive black holes...
Yet it was near impossible to notice it...
The person felt he was being watched...
From everything, everywhere and everyone... Even himself (or herself)...

The lengthy strings of encrypted nonsense were swiftly decoded...
But more problems arose...
Even more garbled nonsense was hidden below the first layer, the Decriffrier-Division begins decrypting the other layers too but find even more encoded nonsense.

Some of the more experienced members of the division take a few steps back to the first layer and noticed that every encryption algorithm they know of are overlapping with some of eachother.
There were of course the occasional small line of multiple languages constructed wrong and making no sense at all.

The decrypters kept decrypting while the person tried to focus on the presence..

On the main headquarters of the coreworld the commander looked in disbelief and amusement..
"Whe zhe fuck is dumb enough to try and land on a coreworld without permission? Blast zhem, no mercy."
"Jawohl!"

The massive planetary bombardment cannons turn and aim, firing only seconds later. The backblast and sound wave knocks down trees, and several massive several hundred metres long shells flew at the 'Pestilence Exterminatus', which was about to be exterminated by a force comaparable to several hundreds of nuclear warheads..

Over the core world was a few rift signatures, as the tears were visibly opening in space off to one Mother class dropship, with markings on the side that says 'Pestilence Exterminatus'

The ships engines were guiding it to, oddly enough, the middle of the forest. Its weapon systems off, shields on full power as it descended
