EXPEDITION COMMANDER MARK:We come representing The Bureau of Research and Defense in a diplomatic expedition, your nation borders official BUREAU territory, thusly we seek a non-aggression pact and, if possible, an alliance.

A large dreadnought ship came out of a semi-stable rift, the ship being 5,670 Miles long, 2,440 miles wide, and around 2,800 miles tall. It was 63% plant based, and it had ship hull scraps and parts making up the other 37%. It had weapons from different ships and such, it had plasma weaponry, mining lasers, powder based weapons, missiles, and even EMP blasters. The ship was pointing to the planet as it began flying at it with its primitive rocket systems, run off a rocket fuel like substance, and a lot of it.

The next morning Hans gets up and sits next to her with the map..

"We're halfway there. The only thing still cutting us off from civilization is this mountain chain. It would take 7 days to take the passes though."
He sighs..

"There's a cave system below the mountains through which we could move, would cut the travel time in half."

A group of soldiers lead by an older man in a high ranking officers uniform and coat approaches them.

"Guten Tag, I am Reichskanzler Gustav Wagner, pleased to meet you. How about we head inside?"

The ship was sending out some responses, mostly in the sound of an ecosystem inside the plant and scrap ship, as it began flying at orbit full speed, beginning to enter.

Wagner nods and leads Mark inside, through the facility. It is a mining planet, and so the base itself is fully intended to be functional, not pretty.
As they arrive at the outpost commanders office, Wagner slams open the door and says in a commanding voice:
"Raus."

The Station commander looks up angrily, but fear strikes his eyes the moment he sees who stands before him:
"äh, Jawohl Herr Reichskanzler!"

The Commander hurries out and Wagner sits down in his place, gesturing Mark to have a seat.

Wagner: "It was very wise of you to come here. The GSR has a long history of annexing bordering states, the last one being the Dawn Empire, as you may have noticed. But being able to trust the nations around one to have your back is even more important, so Ich am glad you came."

MARK:Fine then, as I said before I come representing the BUREAU's BOARD OF DIPLOMACY, thusly I can discuss and formulate anything that the matter incompasses, we recognize that your nation has great potential for cooperation, so we wish to form a trade agreement as well as a non-agression pact, and, if everything goes well, I hope that in the future we will be able to forge a mighty and fearful alliance.

"Well, in fact an alliance would be appreciable even today, since border security is very important. We can and will help you if you get attacked, because it is so close to our territory. Im glad that your faction is so cooperative in this manner, a lot of factions still think we're evil or something just because of our name."

He gets out a few papers:

"Here is the treaty for an alliance, if you like. Otherwise we can also leave it at an aggression pact, but I think this will help us both the most."

(he pulls out a small stamp, which leaves the official BORAD shield mark on the paper, and proceeds to sign his name on the paper) Still, the BUREAU's quite stingy with their bureaucracy, so I do need you to sign this paper, I know it has some very pompous language, but it's just the way they do it.

"From here on its going to be dark. We have flash lights, but I dont know how long the power will last. We also have an old crank-powered lamp..."

He gets out a flashlight and goes in...

The ship being around halfway in orbit, its engines began moving along the ships surface, pointing down at the ground as they began the slowing process. The ship trying to slow itself down a bit before impact.
