As the soldiers all have been informed, containment squads in hazmat uniforms and with respiratory gear are stationed at the bunker entrances, while this message hails through the entire system:
/"Alle Bürger begeben sich sofort und unter ALLEN Umständen zu dem nächstgelegenen Luftschutzbunker, dies ist ein Notfall!"/
(All residents are to come to the local bunker, this is not a drill!)
There the residents are checked, and kept until the spore is found, or the government gives an all-clear, which is unlikely in lockdown anyways...
