While she looked down at the datapad and read a message written in Tau standard... that was just as annoying to read.

After a moment of indecision, she decides to go up the loading ramp...

As she entered the hold she heard a voice speaking in universal
"Hello there pilot, all systems ready"

She looks around the hold for a door or hatch to a control room of some description, while also looking for anything of intrest in the hold itself.

"Very well Kyra! But im fine with being called pilot!, all systems ready to gooooooooooooooooooooo"
The AI voice sounds ever so slightly manic, and if it had been an organic you could tell it would be fidgeting uncontrollably, it sounds friendly and eager to please though, after all, it was only a voice right?

How do i fly this ship! Or can you fly for me!

She points at a planet named New Tau centered on her Datapad screen... as if the AI could even see it... or maybe it can?

"Yesadeedee Kyra! But im fine with being called pilot!, you just get yerself bucled in an' gimme the order and i'll GO GO GO! YEEEHAW!"
The voice now sounds positively rabid, and would probably be frothing at the mouth if it had one

Kyra looks around again, and walks through a door into what she presumes is the cockpit.
She is made correct by the two pilot seats in the room.
She fastens herself into the rightmost seat.

"No, do it properly, you have to give me the orderrrrr or i can't do anything"
The joysticks wiggle frantically from side to side
"Seeeeeee?"

She is confused for a moment, but then remembers all those old films!

She lifts her hands into the "sky" to visually represent this action.

"YESSS, I'MMMM FREEEEEE YEEEEEEEHAW!"
The Zipper's main boosters ignite, it's VTOL jets fire and it starts to rise ponderously into the air

++This is "Indefatigable" hangar control, Fighter-Zipper 015342 you do not have takeoff permission, return to your pad immediately++
"NOOO, PLEEEASE!"
The fighter starts to turn back
"QUICKLY! COUNTERMAND IT!"

She seems to be quite enjoying this, she clearly cannot see the danger of the situation.

"No can DO and-" The AI makes a noise that sounds very like a raspberry "-TO THE LOT 'O YA!"
The Zipper Accelerates toward the slowly closing hangar doors
++WHO IS ON THAT SHIP, WHOEVER YOU ARE YOU MUST REALISE THAT AI IS- Click
"He was boring anyway, now let's GOOOOO"
The Zipper shoots out from between the doors, clipping the foot off one of it's landing feet as they fold up, the impact causes it to spin as it exits the hangar
"YEEHAAAW"
the mad AI rights the ship then shoots off
"Now I need the other one Kyra! But im fine with being called pilot! "

~~}i{~~"Ok! We need to FTL to dis place! New Tau! Its the TWE capital!"~~}i{~~
She points at the datapad again, showing the planet and its rather outdated jump beacon coordinates.

"HOKAY! Engaging FTL, NOW!"
The FTL drive kicks the ship forward and it dissapears from the GSR system, meanwhile the Cruisers also blink out

Presumably, if all goes well it will end up in a stable orbit of New Tau.

A trio of large yellow construction ships jump into a sector controlled by the GSR. They state that they are construction vessels from the New Scavangers, who want to begin construction of a new trading hub at that location. They require permission to begin construction first.

They are contacted by the local garrison station Kommandant, who checks the request for a trading hub, and then lets them proceed under supervision and protection of a few Vernichters in orbit of the local station.

boombox They soon get to work deploying construction equipment to build the trading hub. They state that it will be ready in 3 days.

boombox A Small Ship warps in, it ahs a Familiar Hammer and Sickle on it, but it is different, it is Passive, and just Scans Asteroids, picking up ones with Minerals
