The forums have died, I've been paying attention. I have watched the lore, and while certain hundred message in posts are getting activity like, once a week, RP has seen a low frequency in simple things, like certain bases for the AI factions, or other types of posts. Mod development has halted, as i've seen so far. The 14.0 changes were drastic, but i see no reason why new mod devs can come into light. And on top of this pointless, not thought out rant, walt is gone. He left for a trip, hasn't been seen, Ive seen alot of non-activity for moderators. Also of note, is that very active posts just stopped. Like, i mean, take a couple of Bloodcult discussions. They just died. Same goes with my faction/posts, same goes for many other peeps as well. I'm not saying there's no activity, just very little. I honestly think this warrants action, Cosmoteer has a bigger fanbase, but has still managed to dial down in activity. It got nominated for an award, bought by EA(ik it was a joke lol), destroyed by EA, walt made a company, and yet till, after all of the games awesome, breath-taking achievements, nothing happened. Legit, nothing. We are descending into an age known as STAGNATING, meaning everyone got whatever lore or parts they needed, and stopped caring. I'm not offering solutions, nor am I saying we have bad people, all I'm saying, and asking, is to keep the forums alive. Its never the game, but the fan base that destroys a creation. We need to do more, host events, and stuff. Don't tell me we do, because Im on most of the event servers here, and all i see is like, two week old messages about design submissions, or a pvp event, or whatever. Don't write this post off either, as Ik we were asked to post anything lore or game related not in announcements, but i felt this was neccesary.
