I don't know the exact reason why. But for some reason the crewman struggle to the extreme at trying to power the big bubble shields (I'm using regular variant), as if they don't quite know how many of them it will take. It took mine like 30 min to get one of them up and they haven't gotten any others done yet and its been like 2 hours now. This is my only complaint though because otherwise this mod is amazing... so good job its awesome. (P.S. It is a large ship with about 10 of these shields but it also has a large crew and many of your large generators so still don't quite know why).
FallenAngel01 the only thing that I can think of that might cause that is not having a reactor close enough to the shields. If that isn't the case then there should be no reason for your crew to take that long to activate the shields.
Gofatalis So are roof lasers a planned feature that you forgot to add to the planned features list?

Lankham Sharp's port would do it. Now here's the instructions, since you're not familiar with his site. The "Stahnout rychle" button costs something, but the "Stahnout pomalu" is slightly slower and requires an anti-bot captcha. rejoice for the captcha only requires english letters! You should get a download prompt from the browser itself, and an ad while the prompt is given. After setting the download location of the file, you can do whatever with the tab (i suggest closing it)
