The ships enter warp, this time long range, and instantly appear near the planet, not remembering the ban to long-distance. It doesn't seem to matter.
The ships land and seek the person whom we are seeking.
The men look back, remembering their homeland,
and venture into the deep depths of the cave.

The planet the Mak were swarming is suddenly revealed as the 30 trillion Mak nearby all FTL away, the rest of the Mak in system following suite, the planet now revealed to be absolutely covered in factories and supercomputers, too small to have an atmosphere of its own, sheer industrial output maintaining a very thick carbon atmosphere, massive Hypercores deep inside the planet shutting off containment, it begins to shake as the massive rifts into slipspace that powered it begin to swallow it whole, it only lasted for seconds as the entire world was ripped apart and forced into slipspace, everything on the planet disintegrated.

...it seems to contain highly detailed collected data of the fields frequencies and dimensional interferences it´s causing, using this data you might be able to track down more of the shields, if your Scanners are far enough advanced and only as long as they´re active, however the fleet seems to be already gone as you were about to ask questions, only leaving behind the three letters "T.M.D." at the end of the transmission...

"Here, take the weapon of the MAK, the humble drones, an anti-jamming field, a jamming field for yourself (one that I can leave) and fight them on even grounds."
"Do not be afraid to give them to other factions, they will instantly be disabled if used for greed or when the MAK are defeated"
We take 2 drones and they trail us, multiplying quickly. They will not have the complete advantage now.
We warp to somewhere near the jamming field.
