I regret to say this, but I have decided that I'd rather just release this last update, then move on to a different mod. Honestly, it's been great to see the support of people over the months for this mod and I can never thank everyone enough, but it's time to move on. The R-UPA are long gone on Cosmo rp and I'd rather not go into superweapons, as I feel that it is not appropriate to reveal such things.

I'll have a longer paragraph later, but for now, I just want to let you guys know. I may keep this mod updated until my next mod is ready, but that's up in the air.

Ok, so here's what I'll do. I'm going to keep this mod updated until I have a beta version released for my upcoming mod. I will move this page to the mod section in the hopes of a happy death for Galactic Civil War.

        I suppose its nice the way it went out though if its in the mod talk it'll only be ppl asking for an update, despite the fact that its almost reached its peak with only a few capitol guns left and there isn't much point for it rp wise

        chief_chaman478 I could just ask to get it locked it if really becomes a problem, or write abandoned in the title or similar. People tend to necropost in the list of mods section, not really the major mods sections.

            I recognize that the mod is on its way out, so I thought I'd share something I made before the mod is officially done. While it is purely GCW in content, I made It with 0.8.0 GCW because I have yet to grab Cosmoteer 0.15.0. It's nominally R-UPA, but it could really be either that or Rebels. I went with a full black color scheme because It's a lot easier than being creative and figuring out a Paintjob that fits the R-UPA.
            I call it the "War-Class Superheavy dreadnought", and tried to keep to the Isolated Compartment-style layout of the R-UPA Heavy Dreadnought, while simultaneously maintaining a unique shape.

              chief_chaman478 Simply put, the factions behind GCW are going to be used for my future projects. I simply do not want someone else to be put into possession of these factions or even anything associated with these factions, since I have the nagging feeling that something could be done with these factions that I don't want or the mod could be warped in a way that negatively impacted future endeavours. Perhaps it was the wrong idea to even start a mod like this with Cygnusia, but it'll be harder still to recover from such an action if another person took on the mod.
