Currency
1-1: All currency is to be confiscated and replaced with a single goverment controled internal monetary unit
any found in possesion of other monetary units after the confiscation period are liable to be arrested [see Article 6]
1-2: In consideration of the saftey of Goverment currency, all external currencies are to be rendered null and void,
unless stated otherwise [see Article 2]

Leadership and goverment powers
2-1: As of the time of writing, All opposing political parties are to be outlawed [see Article 6]
Showing alliegience to any non leading party or party member is considered a crime ['']
2-2: The current General Secretary can overule and edit any article without meeting of a council.
Edits to the constitution are permitted following agreement of all lead council members.
2-3: The General Secretary holds the following positions by default:
Head of Navy
Head of Millitary
The General Secretary must be the first to be asked to fufil a lead role.
2-4: The General Secretary can allow for external currency to be used should it be deemed benificial.

Workers rights
3-1: All workers are to be given a minimum wage and if needed Ration slips. [See Article 4]
3-2: Affordable housing is to be made a Right, and buisness owners with a income larger than 10x that of minimum wage
Must pay a housing development Tax of 20% of all buisness related income, any person found evading this tax are liable
to be arrested [See Article 6]
Any buisness with a income 20x that of minimum wage must be seen to build accomodation for all employees and family.
3-3: All workers have the right to go on strike,
however any strike directed at the current leadership falls under 6-3 and is punishable by imprisonment [see article 6]

Food and Water Rights
4-1: Access to reliable clean water sources and Affordable food is to be made a right
Any worker working more than 3 hours on average per day are liable for food slips [4-3]
4-2: Any individual found wasting food or water is to be fined for negligence.
4-3: All workers and their families can apply for food slips to get access to "free" food and water
paid for in full by the goverment.

Family rights
5-1: Any family with a worker who works for more than 4 hours average per day can apply for family wide
Tax reductions and extra food slips for children.
Any family with less than 2 children below the age of 15 are unable to apply as normal rations and income can
provide enough.
5-2: Mothers are to be paid in a goverment tax reduction for their service in bringing up the next generations.
Fathers can also apply for this tax reduction if they can prove they are caring for their children.
5-3: Any found faking for tax reductions are liable for punishment [See Article 6]

Law and crime against the goverment
6-1: Any criminal's fate is able to be decided by the General Secretary.
6-2: Any theft of goods or Goverment equiptment is punishable by imprisonment in labour camps or stations.
6-3: Any act of rebellion against the goverment is punishable by imprisonment or death,
this means any act to attempt to harm, weaken, or overthrow the current goverment or General Secretary.

7-1: any robot or AI with the capability to do one of the following:
Feel pain
Feel emotion
Be sentient

According to Lyov, the Empire will remain mainly the same, except for a new form of government lead by him, for the greater good of all those across the empire.
The navy ships, that seemed to do nothing, now turn to restore order in the rioters. Some do not go quietly, and violence is used in small amounts to arrest some notable criminals involved in the coup.
They also attempt to Move the Sol androids off the council ship and either given the choice to return home, or join the TWE under article 7.
Glory to the workers, Glory to TWE...
Of course this is incorrect, billions disagree with the ideas Lyov brings, and so are not willing to cooperate.
The TWE will be in even more civil war for some time now...
