Akio completely stopped moving in any way.
The faint glow in his eyes intensified.
They spoke to him again. He pleaded with an invisible foe for his life
In a language Tharix knew none of. Or maybe it didn't make any sense anyway.

Before the pulse passed, and he returned to "normal".

"we... we need to get going.
This is important.
And scratch going to b.l.a.d.e. "we need to go to that planet."

He walked very quickly towards the entrance to the shuttle, while its door slowly opened.

As the news about the pulse from the trees was heard, the feather, along with all the data and equiptment was loaded onto some shuttles and quickly evacuated.

Research would continue on the nearby station Jarls Hope.
Perhaps there they could seek answers to the energy the Feather seemingly used.

By this point, the lead scientist had become maddened by the research.
And is now held in a medical facility on the station after attempting to kill someone over their lack of findings.

A new lead researcher was appointed, who decides to do something.
He orders the feather to be exposed to a decently high amount of psionic energy from the planet radiating it below.
Via a mass of stolen Anhysbys tech salvaged from the few they have killed, they manage to get one shot at directing the energy being emitted from the planet towards the feather, as it is held in a small ship orbiting the station.

regardless of if it works, they will be unable to use the stolen tech again due to the high amount of energy.

...the feather was lying in the middle fo the room, surrounding it machines of various kinds, scientists walking or running around the room carrying around mountains of data, yet just as clueless as on any other day, in theory, this object should not be possible as by now defied most of the to the STE known laws of physics... without even showing any specific pattern apart seemingly making fun of every single of the scientists and their theories, then...
...something out of the ordinary happened, up to this point the feather had never interacted with anything past it´s immediate proximity, that is, until the tears in space-time began to form in the proximity of the planet...
On a subdimension of which the scientists weren´t even entirely sure how it got picked up by the sensors as most of them were made from experimental or even occult tech by now, a high density veil of energy was released by the feather, this energy seemed to pass through all present matter regardless of it´s molecular makeup or density... as it reached the tears the wave suddenly stopped and for just a brief moment the feather lighted up in a dim bloodred light...
...and then returned to it´s former state, the sensors back to registering utter physical nonsense, as if the the feather lost interest in the wormholes or what caused it only a few moments after registering them...

He was worried, but confident. "O-oh! Of course!" He entered into the ship and closed the large door behind him. He went to the cockpit area and turned the ship's systems on. "Now please..." he started, "Help me navigate out of here."

...as it appears the tests yielded a result...
An unexpected one at that, as the pulse was fired at the feather, the feather apparently reacted with a pulse of the same energy, in exactly the same intensity and makeup, nullfying the pulse which it was exposed to but at the same time not radiating the tiniest bit more of the energy than it was needed to counter the original pulse...
...what also was concerning is that the pulse had been apparently fired by the feather at the exact same time as the orginal one...
...the impossibilities just kept piling up...

"sure, give me the controls"
(presuming Tharix would say yes)

Akio assumed control of the ship as he sat in its pilot's seat.
And quickly lifted the ship off of the landing pad.
He alligned the nose of the Tie to face the small "letterbox" exit to the hangar

"right, here's something i thought you would like on the ship"

He flipped up a protective cover by the throttle controls, and pressed a button

Without warning, the ship boosted fowards at incredible speed
Hopefully Tharix was sat down, if not he is certainly "sat" on the floor.
Akio, Tharix, and the ship fly at incredible speed rather dangerously out of the letterbox,
almost hitting the sides, missing by mere centimeters.

"so, we are out, you want to fly down there? or am i flying now."

He points at the planet below, it seems to pulse with a strange blue energy.
Various huge ships are sat above it in the distance.

"Well, seeing as it is my ship, it might be nice to give it a shot myself." Spoke he, taking control of the ship. The ship began approaching the planet.

The planet below pulsed with a strange energy.
Above the planet in orbit, sat hundreds of Anhysbys.
Akio seemed to pay little attention to them when looking out the cockpit window.

"so, just keep going down there
It should be alright. Ill handle that fleet."

Akio picked up the rather old fashioned comms microphone device, and waited to be contacted by them when they get closer.

(no, the empress is still wearing it, but they just have evacuated, for rather obvious reasons.
The empress is the pilot of the small ship, probably a bad idea but eh
I probably should have mentioned that xD)

A small colonial military transport jumps near a planet of the empire and proceeds to enter its atmosphere disregarding any warnings.

and what planet, there are only two, and one is that tree one, so ill presume you mean the other one.)

Three ships stationed on the planet in-atmosphere charge their weapons at full capacity.

//Transmission Continue//
"Any closer and that transport will be destroyed entirely.
We have warned you for the final time.
Turn around now."

If the transport goes any closer to the planet's surface. it will promptly be destroyed.

Third fleet is scrambled from a nearby station, and will arrive shortly.

Jenwuf The ship begins entering the atmosphere whit full speed on bypassing the fleet... its falling like a bullet. The cargo doors on the lower side of the ship are open.

He was astonished, terrified, and amazed at all of the Anhysbys ships. This was his first time seeing the Anhysbys. "Of course. But... W-what are those things?"

"Heh, those are Anhysbys.
Id explain about them, but id rather not remember all that."

The comms channel opened up as they got closer.

"THIS IS QUARANTINE ZONE K'LARH, IDENTIFY YOURSELVES"

Strangely, the voice sounded just like a Tau's native accent.
Although Tharix could not be certain.
Akio, spoke into his comms unit

"Ha, hey its me... Akio. You will let me in right"

There was a long moment of silence.

"We have assessed your profile and identified you posess an awareness or psionic rating above level 'Pya
You may proceed.
We reccomend keeping your pilot inside while you are on the ground.
Please refrain from speaking to the tree... again.
We would rather not have to save you for the second time."

"haha! yeah... im just going to collect something...
Yeah... just that."

"god damnit, well good luck speaking to Them.
And remember the meeting tomorrow.
You need to be there."

"...sure, how could i forget"

The ship passed through the fleet with no issues, now all they had to do is land on a planet that is currently experiencing a lifetimes worth of natural disasters every few minutes.

Of course, the fact that Akio was speaking pretty casually to these things was likeley strange to Tharix.

The trees possess some way for Them to make things happen to the universe the planet is in.
They also let the person touching it speak to them.
Like I did..."

Akio stopped talking and sat looking down at the planet as they approached.

He was confused, but he trusted Akio. "Well, I have no idea who they are, but I trust you." He proceeded to get lower and lower until he reached the outer atmosphere. "Where should I land?"

Akio proceeded to input some coordinates on the navigation computer.
"There.
That is the place."

A thick, blue fog encompassed the outer atmosphere.
From here you would think you where in some kind of gas planet.
But, occasional flashes of light from below illuminated what looked like ground.

The ship would periodically be rocked by pulses of energy from somewhere below.
Akio remained calm, he had seen this before in his dream, it did not worry him.

He nods and turns the ship towards the destination. In the far distance, he notices a ship entering the atmosphere. One might wonder, 'How would you see this if the blue fog is so thick?' Well, that would be because it was basically a fireball at this point. "This is one hell of a day..." Tharix muttered. Moments later, they were landed.

The ship takes heavy frontal damage as it passes the fleet.
Their weapons able to inflict a lot of damage to its front as it passes by.

Although, of course it kept falling.
On the ground, Doodlebug ground to space superiority fighters where launched.
The small amounts of high calibre AA batteries present by the airfields opened fire at the ship.

Note, that the ship is falling far faster than anything the STE have could
The only way they can stop the thing is by destroying it.
And by the looks lf things, the ground or the flak+fighters will do that rather quickly.

Jenwuf The ships engines explode, the whole ship explodes in flames and falls apart, but seconds before that... drops a load from its cargo doors.

GO TO 2:20 MINUTE TO SEE THE RESULTS!
About 5 of these drop into the planet... falling fast, and eventually , watch the vid to see what they do.

They had landed beside a HUGE crater, something had utterly destroyed the landscape here.
Ash from presumably long since burnt trees fell onto the TIE like snow.
Through the thick fog, a large metalic structure sat smoldering at the centre of the crater.
Although hard to make out, it looked like a STE ship. specifically it was a cruiser stationed above the planet before the pulse, with its systems disabled it fell like a brick and hit the STE HQ present here around 13 Tau's including the empress escaped in shuttles before it hit, and the rest are presumed dead. From the looks of that crater, you can almost certainly remove the presumed part of that.

"Ill be back in a moment."

Akio must be putting a lot of trust in whatever could be out there, as he clearly has no weapons on him at all.
Without giving Tharix a chance to speak, he had exited into the fog.

All Tharix could do is watch as he faded into it whilst he walked in the opposite direction to the crater.
