SnowDoggo i know, kind of went big when making the ship, so at some point i just decide to make it a heavy cruiser, and the other one thats suposed to be a battleship will probs be dreadnought sized xD

Good, Just make it ALL out of armour and use tons of drone systems, Also I use the starwars big bubble sheilds for my ships
usually when i made the shape i fill it with armor before adding seperate componants like weapons engine's etc and on the end connect them all with coridors, deep inside the armor
