Agreed, both covenants were equally terrible (moreover I want to point out that the Russian empire was a monarchy and that most leaders were cousins)
As for the one who took the most, physically it is indeed Austria Hungary and the Ottoman Empire (after all they were destroyed), but psychologically, it is Germany who learned the most.

ImTired Ik Austro-Hungary had to split, but still, it wasnt Germany who started the war! It was the Austro-Hungarian-Serbian Conflict dat makes no sense. I also know that hungary had a army limit also and so on but still... Germany was the one that lost the most. Bulgaria? HA, What did they loose? Fucking Thrace? And the ottomans were struggeling enough, even whitout the war, they would've colapsed sooner or later

Two rocket-assisted railgun projectiles are sent hurtling towards the planet, by the time it was closer, they where going at such speed that nothing would be able to stop the projectiles.
They slam into the ground at speed.
The blast and energy created by the impact is comparable to that of a large nuclear weapon.
Presumably, if terms of surrender or a ceasefire are not discussed, the planet will suffer a fate much worse than the STE's one.
