Tson the scan is difficult to perform as far as the interior of the base, due to heavy lead sheilding in the outerwalls. What is detected though is the presence of the stick railguns, which can do significant damage to capital ships, and could easily take out small fighters. There is also a very large super laser cannon near the base. It is not of human construction, however. As far as military presence, there are several lightning units buzzing around the base, and likely a few more within the facility. Despite the hard to make out scans, there appears to be something very large, currently being stored deep inside the hanger bay.
