Greetings Mr. Mitth'raw'nuruodo,
we, the ITC (Interdimensional trading/traveling compartment) are usually monitoring issues concerning interdimensional and interuniversal interaction with other races and/or factions may it be of political, financial or military nature.
It has been brought forward to us by the "TMD" that one of the TATC´s transport convoys has been halted for a short time in your territory and then even threatened and assaulted, apparently by either your or your researchers orders, despite getting permission to pass your territory beforehand. This resulted in a delay of the arrival time aswell as a violation of the TATC "Terms of Service".
In response to that the ITC has sent you a bill with the costs of the delay, aswell as a fine for hostile interaction with a civilian transport convoy.
The exact calculation of the costs is in the second attached document, the fine has to be payed within one earthern standard month, should the fine not be payed it may bring unwanted consequences to you, which can reach from a higher fine, to a ITC trade ban up to military actions depending on the severeness of the situation.

EpicJp21 (I should probably warn you ahead of time that entering the TATC´s (it´s T A T C) universe would mean running into a universe entirely dominated by six leading races each with their own fleets, some of them containing ships that are not even allowed to leave their homeuniverse due to their massive size and/or weaponry. The races themselves are technologically far enough advanced to be considered gods by some lower tiered races.
...well the other possibilty would be to travel to either entry point or the destination of the transport convoy, which are at least in proximity of this galaxy.)
