A transmission to the IWO begins. However, distant voices are all that is heard.
"I know we're in the middle of a civil war, but we should do something about this"
"But there's no possible way to pull it off!"
"Well, we could always send Apollo to deal with this."
"But Apollo hasn't been ready for combat in years!"
"Well it could be done. If we can hold the blockade for long enough, we could finish up Apollo's repairs."
"Then it must be done. I never thought I'd allow this, but you have my permission to send Apollo to combat, along with other capital ships. I'm sure Ceres alongside some allies could hold off the attackers in the Defense Belt."
When the conversation ends, you can hear everybody who spoke shouting in unison,
"May Apollo leave triumphant! Shall the IWO cease to purge who it deceived!"
