MegaNikiGaming For the enemy, I say we get the ships that can take the least damage and put them behind our bigger, more heavily armored ships. For missile ships, they go behind the heavy hitters. The armored and heavy hitters go up front.

MegaNikiGaming ain't u guys traveling or something? why would u need to setup a mining outpost in the middle of nowhere? (just curious)
also u should make some encounters with some mysterious factions (insert the corrupted crimson forces from the future here) as it would somewhat make sense if u came across some unknown factions

We destroyed it but lost connection with the other two ships before they did FTL.

A video message is sent from Alerauf that went with the Expedition on his tiny-tiny stolen ship. It shows apparently him with a golden squarish object on his wrist swinging it on his own ship and in the next moment, teleporting right behind a batteryman of the Drakon Sword and cutting off the person's whole head with one strike from some sword-shaped flash from the squarish object and teleporting back moments later.
"That's microjumping for ya! Did that like 5 times before drives had to regen. Don't try this at home."

I DOO know a great way for mining outposts. Put a Command center in the middle, then surround it with the ships that will be used to defend the command center. After that, put the mining ships around the defensive ones, making it really easy to mine resources. It will help with chain of command and such, even if the outpost is attacked, it should hold up.

I would like to know if my empire could be given a planet rich with resources, since I have given a lot of ships and command centers. About 450 ships to be exact.
