i think this is around the size of the Draconica Empire little bit big but it can be smaller (tough its an old faction and probly lost space after the RD events)

Not sure this is a good idea BUT if you want to add the Varangian Guard to the map you can sprinkle "Varangian Guard Sightings" throughout the map and a large cluster of them in the area between the Draconica Empire, P.R.O.D. and the colony as well as a large cluster in the Voidborn Ruins. You can even choose the color.
Northerner you will have to ask @Undated_Abyss about the territory in the void born ruins territory
