FTL Routes Co. is a company that produces FTL blocking technology to build "toll booths" so that whoever invests in them gains a share of the fee paid by those who pass. The goal is to make specific areas accessible, but not completely so anybody could enter. And to ensure your safety, the blockades are defended by hundreds of automated cannon walls.

History
The Beginning
A rich businessman notices how many sectors are easily invaded thanks to the creation of FTL drives. With this in mind, he gathers a group of scientists for high pay to build anti-FTL jump technology.
The Company Begins
With the technology and some basic models for blockade defense ships made, the businessman leaves his previous company to his son, and moves on to making FTL Routes Co.
The Controversial Act
Years after the natural death of the businessman, another leader takes over. Unfortunately, he was too self-centered with his new title that he refused to listen to council. He then forcefully passes the Blockade Act, which gives him the power to place blockades wherever he likes, and puts one in a major trade route. Multiple factions go to attack, resulting in the destruction of a wall fleet, and the end of this act.
Defense on Nintoku (longest chunk of history here!)
After the end of the Blockade Act, everything was peaceful. New investors, and a new beginning for the company after this controversy. Without expecting, an aggressive attack from the Grand Imperium of the Suns (@Jesus3747) occurs on Nintoku, a planet with a blockade bought from GoCo (@TheSillyFox). A difficult defense happens, with a wall of ships supported by the German Space Regime/Reich (@ImTired), the Voidborn (@Undated_Abyss). The battle resulted with Tyler's sacrifice by self-destructing the Hawking Reactor, which destroyed hundreds of wall ships, and some allied ships. The rest of his ship crew evacuated. Fortunately for GoCo, the defense was a success, and Nintoku's superweapon was repaired. However, a city near the planet's equator has been wiped out, and is going through nuclear fallout.
