Background
The Voidborn are the remnants of a once great empire, The Voidborn Empire. A great tragedy befell them and they fled to this galaxy, seeking refuge in black holes. Over time they have learned how to make their own. They seek to rebuild their empire. They posses great technology but lack the industry to produce it.

Friendly: they have good relations with this faction, but nothing formal. As per neutral with limited military access allowed.
Allied: formal military allies, all access rights allowed.
Hostile: they dislike this faction. All civilian and trade rights forbidden.
Enemies: they actively attacking or being attacked by this faction.
Economy
They have a recovering industrial base, and they do have large supplies of credits.
They have large reserves of antimatter, dark matter and darkantimatter.
They also have almost limitless FTL fuel, produced from the antimatter.
Technology
They have highly advanced technology. Some key items are:
Black hole tech: they can create black holes. Not typically weaponised but it should be noted that their vessels are immune to the effects of black holes and the like.
Hyper-FTL: their FTL drives are much faster thatn regular FTL drives, and can also navigate FTL jamming at a reduced speed. The trade-off is that is uses much more fuel than conventional drives.
Advanced sensors: their sensors are highly advanced and any ship equipped with them can detect cloaked or invisible ships. This was developed due to the Voidborn lacking any stealth technology of their own.
Auto-repair systems: the Voidborn have systems in their ships that allow them to repair damage components in their ships out of combat without a shipyard. They cannot replace destroyed ones however.
Rift tech (from the Hypatien Republic): Allows ships to survive in the rift.
Stealth tech (from the Hypatien Republic)(Modified): Uses light bending mini-blackholes to make a ship invisible.
Voidborn blackhole expertise has modified this to be more effective and can be active for longer periods of time.
PDB tech (from Tau): heavy planetary defense beams with slow moving but powerful beam.
X00's AI Core (from the drones): the Voidborn have not quite figured out what this can be used for yet, but as an AI core they intend to boot it back up and use it to assist them from its database
Drone Core MKII (from the drones): the Voidborn are currently experimentign with both this and X00's AI core in the hope they can greater automate soem of their processes onbaord ships and in industry.
Advanced Electronic Warfare Defense System or AEWDS (developed by Voidborn scientists in reponse to the challenges posed to them since their first arrival in the "Cosmoteer" galaxy): system designed to provide comprehensive protection to Voidborn ships and other systems from data theft, EMP weapons and other conceivable forms of electronic warfare.
Territory
Voidborn territory at present consists of small holdings in the "Cosmoteer" galaxy and they have begun reclaiming their territory within their home galaxy. Their territory lacks any planets and consists of large numbers of blackholes, both natural and artificial.
Rank Structure

Fleet Deployment
The Navy of the Voidborn Empire:
All Deployed
Standard composition of a fleet of the voidborn empire:
1 Dreadnought, 10 Battleships, 20 Battlecruisers, 40 Heavy Cruisers, 20 Light Cruisers
50 Destroyers, 250 Frigates, 600 Corvettes, 18,000 strike craft, 10 Light Carriers and 5 Heavy carriers .
Each fleet group has either a Super-Dreadnought or Super-Carrier as a flagship, and each primaris has an Imperator as a flagship. (All Imperators destroyed during fall of the empire). The Navy had just finished building a "Void Guardian" at the time of the fall of the empire for the flagship of the entire navy, though it disappeared during the Voidborn's escape. It is rumoured they still have it for a time of dire need.
