G4L4XY N returns from promoting and demoting lead engineers into janitors, sending annoying survivors of the Cloud in the Cloud and orders 3 elite guards to completely relocate the main, nearly uninterceptable transmitter in N's personal office.
"Greetings. This is the Offworld, or what is left from it. I have heard you create planets, yes? Well, thanks to our remote location, this despicable Cloud was relocated in a place in the galaxy about 10000 lightyears away from organized civilization. Well, let's cut it to the chase.
We'd quite like a decently small planet. Something like Mars of the Sol System for scale. It would be most great to have half of the planet in a water ocean with a net of fully supplied with oxygen, inhabitable structures. The ocean should, and I mean should contain immense amounts of oxygen-creating flora somewhere in the middle of it and this ocean should occupy roughly half of the planet, preferably in one giant puddle. Then, we've got some building blueprints. You can just replace gold with any other metal, possibly iron. Create a few decently isolated cities there, about 5-6 all over the place, including one underwater with some kind of elevator to the surface and a connection to the land. The planet's inside should be heavy enough to successfully contain the inhabitable atmosphere closest to Earth of Sol System. Do with land as you please, however it should be sturdy enough to be able to walk on or build on yet still have possibility for plantlife. Include photosynthetic fauna, we made some research on that months ago, but I suppose you and only few forces in the universe are capable of creating it. Yes, it does look unpleasant, we tried. Our location is an asteroid field, we have the one-way shields already. And I almost forgot, planet MUST include large deposits of tin and copper. Every second thing here is built from bronze due to lack of other good metal. Also, I'll throw in a patent on our Artifacts if you manage to make any sort of living thing that could utilize magnetic organs.
So, shortly, inhabitable, Mars-sized planet with water ocean with large amounts of flora, inhabitable underwater buildings, inhabitable land buildings by blueprint, copper and tin deposits, photosynthetic fauna and magnetic lifeforms if possible. I really want to see what happens. Also if you can, come up with a new planet name that doesn't start with a vowel."
Transmission includes blueprints of really odd buildings that could only stand in low gravity environments. Mars's gravity should be just enough.
