A Rift-Space anomaly was detected that matched the frequency of a Dimensional Collective Rift-drive warp. Long-Range scans indicate signatures that match a number of Explorer-Class Dimensional Collective vessels, but with... a different paint scheme not belonging to any known class.

The fleet is just barely functional. They look withered and might be malfunctioning.
