Gladiaxa I think the confusion here is that XA and Crimson are in an Alliance together, and TTE did make an alliance request with Crimson IIRC, making them allied by extention with XA Empire. Perhaps what he is asking for is a cooperative effort to assist with the Anomalous Fleet conundrum they both (In fact I think all 3!) have gotten themselves into.
