May_the_Harpy I did some tests Vanilla Bomber Test failed and the fighter's shield never got penetrated Upgraded Starhawk It's beam laser and laser blasters didn't penetrate Broadside finially knoked the craft into circles, letting it to be destroyed In conclusion the stationary fighter's sheild stood up to a missiles and a beam laser + laser blasters, so your fighter most likely can't penetrate it's shields to hit and destroy the fighter. Your fighters also seem a bit slow and unmanuveable. So they are still alive...
