Coldarray Will these Mipmap changes require code updates for existing mods? Like the addition of "AtlasSprite" or "MipLevels = max" for all sprites?
For the most part, no. Any part sprites added to existing ship layers will be automatically mipmapped. It's the non-layered sprites that have changed. If a mod adds additional layers, those layers will need to be set with the proper number of mip levels, but that's always been the case.
The bigger change is the requirement that layered ship sprites be a multiple of 64x64, which I'm sure will break some mods. I'm enforcing that because non-64-multiple sprites cause graphical issues.
