In one of the Nova Unit Systems a wormhole appears.

Al1ce (wow that ship's paint reminds me of the paint job of an old ship of mine for a scrapped faction)

A scout is sent to patrol the area. It senses the mysterious ships. However, it stays on guard due to the ongoing civil war. It patiently awaits a transmission.

The ships start flying to the closest star from here ignoring the scout
Once they reach the star, they start orbiting around at a distance that normal ship would be burned down

More Crstallides come out of the wormhole

And 5 other crystallides.

They all are heading to the star

Al1ce Due to the star's usage as a base, it is equipped with a ring made of material resistant to scorching temperatures, and of course, a shield generator. The radar scans the objects approaching and puts up its shield. Maybe this isn't the right star to go for?

G4L4XY Crystallides try to ignore the shield, but they are crashing into it.
After realising that something is in the way, crystallides decide to return back to the wormhole, but they are not going through it

The scout watches in confusion. It then calls upon some more ships, weapons offline. They then try to help them get through the wormhole.

The wormhole then closes

Al1ce The scouts are confused but realize that some disappeared. They then proceed to send a transmission to their ships who went in.

But all the signals are lost

After some time, another wormhole opens.
Your scouts were literally thrown away out of it, but they are able to stabilise themselves
the wormhole then closes

Al1ce The scouts are surprised as the other scouts fall out of the wormhole. They then ask them what they saw.

Scouts tell that they couldn't see everything, but they saw large numbers of crystalline ships flying around

Al1ce Upon hearing this, they give this information to scientists for research. Research on these mysterious crystalline ships will begin soon.
