Confusing Problem

Hi, recently I was planning on messing around with my favourite mods, so I decided to turn some of them on.
Then after I restarted the game I realised that even though my mods were on Cosmoteer was still vanilla, the modded parts didn´t show up, only the built in ones.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Look at your mod list and make sure they are 'green' for on, and not 'red' for off.

What mods? If they were not made correctly, then they will not work. I had a mod that I was adding my changes to the game the wrong way and it did not work in-game, even though it was green.
Mods for the wrong version may not work either.

Firstly make sure you're not starting 'Cosmoteer no mods'

If you're running Cosmoteer normally and its still not working, right click the shortcut and make sure the target box looks like this:
