Impenetra I´ve beaten the Eidolon with a 7m ship 😃

Drakador_Chaos That´s because it didn´t, I don´t need to penetrate shields, if I can simply pass them, as I said, tactics, not brute force, I used the ship like a drill missile, looked for a weak spot, drilled into the ship, there´s no weapons inside obviously.

...I never said I destroyed it completely, i did state the game crashed when I destroyed one of the quad Oigamis, and I did say I used tactics, I do not think a AI vs AI fight is very tactical.
Aswell, AI vs AI with shield ignoring weapons is in the end basically just "who has the bigger gun" well or more of them.
However, the ship would have beaten Eidolon if the game didn´t crash, that was the only point of the post.

This one, instead of brute force I used tactics, no blueprints because it´s actually part of an event.

Drakador_Chaos What weapons did it use?.. I thought it was almost impossible to penetrate shields
of Eidolon...(Just made half of the new ancient ship "Melchior" BTW the ship looks cool!)

Drakador_Chaos If you used that tactic, Im very suspicious that the ship couldve
beat Eidolon - since the Eidolon also used large amounts of shield passing weapons, and
massive armors.
Did you control your ship yourself while the Eidolon was turned AI?
Did the ship completely destroyed the Eidolon?

Drakador_Chaos Now I understand what you've meant. However I am pretty sure
that I can beat that ship if I controlled the Eidolon, while you controlled your ship.

Impenetra Most probably, depending on it´s turning speed, one of them yes, 33 unlikely? It´s the amount I could buy from the ships value, but that´d get into fleet battles and more stuff so I´ll just stop it here.

The result can be varied depending on what ship you are using, and what conditions you chose for the fight.

The craft then launches a beacon nearby and jumps away...

EpicJp21 Also these guys are no easy kill. They already defeated me twice, but we can defeat them, especially if the cyber cruiser empire join us!
