How can i connect with my friend in Multiplayer

When ive seen that there IS an multiplayer in new version of cosmoteer i was excited and satisfied as hell, but when i tried to connect with my friend i found that i have no idea how to connect. When i host its writing me that there is some problem with port connection or something. Can you help me please?

Insatiabilis tthat is standart problem of almost everyone :S
I heard that its problem of bad port forwarding (multiple routers in way).

so you can try to investigate(google ?) what is it, and in case you have neccesarry accesses, you can try to fix it .

This is what i get. After the update, when it first asked me if i wanted the multiplayer to be local or public I accidentally chose local. i think i found where to change it in my firewall and did

But it still didn't work so i used the protocol and IP it gave me to create a port forward (I did my best the TCP protocol might have been pointless)

and added it to the hosted applications list on my computer threw my routers firewall.

But still I Can't connect (PS the "error" message didn't change) . Guess i just wait for a patch in next update?

What's the actual error you're getting when you try to connect?

so far i haven't run into an error message. just trying to get it to port forward. it should find a game right?

You need to type in the I.P. address of the person hosting the game. The "searching for games" is only for LAN games. I'm hoping to add public "internet" games in a soon-ish update.

Ok that makes sense. i thought it was possible for it to say "Online" or "Public" so i thought it was having an issue. Sorry 🙂
