Unfortunately, it seems this was the only ship. Paragon considered retracing the ship's emissions to its origin point, but it did not leave any FTL residue. At least...

He checked for emissions on a trans-dimensional frequency and sure enough he finds a trace. The pathway was built but not stabilized. Turbulence of this magnitude would cause damage to any object traversing through it (though last time Paragon checked, he had pretty durable scaly skin), and the other end seemed to be shielded with some sort of hybrid substance of science and mental energy. It would take a while and some help from Menoa to be able to at least make a dent.
The exposed electronics of the ship seemed to reveal that it is autonomous in nature - in fact, it seems to be attempting to transmit data through the unstable link between dimensions, but its power is quickly running low.
