Me knows I'm necroposting, but this is one of the active factions from before 2018, ~~i really wanna start a war,~~ and the OP gave me permission to do so.

In Remnant Empire space, an ancient wormhole, many hundreds of millenia old, sat in space. In the thousands of years that it has existed, it has moved through many systems, but it remained there, untouched. Nobody knew how to open it without being squeezed into an atom-wide stream of plasma. But today, something is happening. Something is stabilizing the wormhole... and coming through.
