Buchanan thinks it's all over, however in under an hour, the wormhole becomes increasingly larger to be over twenty kilometers across. This signals that whoever is on the other side are experts on space-time manipulation. Soon after, a large fleet of vessels, ten ships comparable to the scale of the flagship emerge from the wormhole, two large vessels twice the size of it also emerge, with an entire fleet of escorts coming with them. The entire fleet powers weapons, the energy surge is twice of what a large New Legion fleet could put out, and an immense wall of gravitons shields the entire fleet.

Listen, High Archon. I am completely alright with early surveillance of recently discovered civilizations. However, we are in the middle of a brutal war, and your survey ship had no clearance to enter out territory. Standard protocol during war is that alien ships lacking clearance are to be obliterated on sight. For security purposes. Our enemy is resourceful, and have commonly sneaked into our territory on hijacked foreign ships. We do not want more war against us. We will pay compensation for the lives of your surveyors that were KIA, and also for the destroyed ship.

RedAndCosmoteer (yeah i originally kept them white because they started out as a scrappy group of survivors, hence the name Remnants. (They used to be the Quarantine, but whatever) but now i just keep them white for two reasons. 1: theyre my main faction that I use to blow up shit with in the game 2: i just have too many damn ships to paint them at this point)

You have to understand, High Archon, that any intruders, while allegedly peaceful, present a breach of security for the Empire. For all we knew, they could have been New Legion in disguise.

You do not understand their tactics. They NEVER retreat. There is always nothing off, until they unload, bringing troops with them. This was an unsanctioned, unidentified armed craft coming out of a wormhole. We understand your point. It is entirely justified and fair. If we were not at open war with a resourceful, stealthy enemy, we would gladly have let them in. As we said, I completely get your point. It is completely right. But that applies during our times of peace.
